Tugba Ozdemir is a multidisciplinary artist based in Izmir, Turkey, with a background in fashion design and a lifelong passion for painting. After graduating in fashion design, she worked as a designer in the textile industry, but soon felt the need to explore more personal and expressive forms of creativity. Having painted since the age of five, Tugba never stopped creating art throughout her education and professional career. Eventually, she left the corporate world to pursue illustration, selling her prints and commissioned artworks ranging from movie posters to book covers. Her artistic journey evolved further as she sought to bring more texture, emotion, and originality to her work. This led her to develop a signature collection of vibrant abstract paintings, each framed in elegant gold mirror frames and finished with a crystal-clear layer of epoxy resin. The result is a striking, high-gloss surface that enhances the intensity of her bold color compositions. This unique collection has been exhibited in several galleries across Turkey and has received heartfelt attention from collectors and design lovers alike. Today, Tugba continues to create from her studio in Izmir, where she produces limited edition pieces that merge fine art with interior elegance.
