Born 1963 England. I have exhibited and sold work at the Royal Academy Summer exhibition and in group and solo exhibitions in London.

I work in oils, digital photography, and print-making. My work is mostly minimalist where there is a reduction of images and subjects to their most basic form including shape, values, and lines.

My rubber plant series brings to mind the abstract work of Alexander Calder. I also love the works of Howard Hodgkin and in particular that his works are in relation to emotion and I share his love of India. I am also influenced by the skies of Turner and Constable and the works of Monet.

The heaven painting has a brass plaque with a stanza from one of my poems. The two triptychs of clearing storm clouds were created from imagination. However, I keep a number of photos of skies that inspire. I also like the simplicity of some of Turner's watercolour sketches. I also love the colours and works by Trixie Pitts from the Saatchi site.

My rabbits existed before discovering the works of Hunt Slonem which I love. We differ in that his are towards abstract expressionism whereas mine are more strictly abstract.

I have also published a collection of poems on kindle / amazon entitled 'Little Book of Poems' by Dr Susan Williams and see my poetry as another dimension of my art.
