Damian Lisiewski

I come from a working-class family from Silesia. I studied Graphics under the supervision of professors of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. I live and work in Warsaw. I treat painting as a tool for discussion between me, a person on the autism spectrum (Asperger’s) and the viewer. In art, I describe my surroundings, looking for interesting shapes and expressiveness. By combining different styles, I would like to present something fresh and detached from existing patterns. I create on the border of various styles with a large dose of my inner individualism.
