Frederik Ivanaj

Born in Albania in 1960 in a sensitive openminded artistic family, although could always succesfully paint and make movies as Drector of Photography ,during the Communism in Albania the school was selective and hardly formative for professional bases, but Censorship was stronger than any artistic sense,as for example it was not allowed painting nudes or abstracts , so moved in Italy where still prefer to live most of the time, working in his space- After Art Gallery-, Piazza Santa Elisabetta 6, Florence

Attended Artistic High School ,painting and scenography, "Jordan Misja" ,Tirane
Graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts ,painting and scenography, Tirane 1983
worked as scenograph in the Shkodra Theatre,
worked from 1983 to 1990 in the National Instutute for Cinema "Kinostudio Shqiperia e re" as cameraman and Director of Photography in shorts and long movies,
in Tuscany,Italy, Graduated 1992 for Camera and Television
