None Z (b. 1997, South Korea)

"Life is Sparkling: Where Neurons Meet the Cosmos"

None Z is a contemporary Korean painter who transforms neurological phenomena into celestial landscapes. Having experienced epilepsy since childhood, she has spent years observing the internal "lightning" and "flashes" within her own consciousness. Rather than seeing this as a limitation, she reinterprets these sensory sparks as a bridge between the human brain and the vastness of the universe.

Her signature concept, "Neurocosm," utilizes recurring motifs of glowing light bulbs and intricate neural networks to symbolize the brilliance of human life. Through her bold palettes and philosophical narratives, she invites viewers to find the "sparkling" beauty hidden within their own existence.

A graduate of Dankook University (BFA, 2020), None Z has built a robust international career. Her work has been showcased at prestigious venues including the Klimt Villa in Vienna, BlueStream Gallery in San Francisco, and the Seoul Arts Center. Her paintings are currently held in major collections such as the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Bureau for Epilepsy.
