Charlie Steg is a contemporary artist with his own art studio, located in the heart of Hoboken, New Jersey. While he is primarily known as a painter, he also does extensive work with lithographs and woodcuts. Charlie works in the tradition of the great American nature painters using the landscape as the inspiration for his abstract imagery. Charlie Steg was born on April 12, 1980 in Hoboken, New Jersey, the city where he lives and where he has his art studio. He graduated in 2003 from the Montclair State University with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts.
