Stephen Pigott

I have always been passionate about Art and have enjoyed creating it as well as keeping up to date with the latest trends. I am interested in the new digital age we have entered and in particular the role of photography in printmaking. Having studied art at university and worked in the heritage industry I would like to create some new and interesting prints using the latest digital archival technology. Having been influenced by many different areas I am especially interested in New Formalism and the way this frees up our perception of photography and printmaking.

Having studied at my local Art School I went on to a degree in Design and then became an Art Teacher. Later on I took the Museums Diploma at Leceister University as well as a number of business qualifications.
