Nothing can connect your subconscious with culture more than art. Growing up in the phantasmagoric, bubbly and ever changing Hong Kong, there is never the chance to slow down and allow our creativity thrive until I came across art.

My interest in art thrived during my years in University when I was majoring in fine arts. It was then I realized that art itself makes you feel connected to today's postmodern world in a subtle yet profound way. This subtleness provides the most comfortable platform to share my inner feelings and connects my subconsciousness. The more I encountered paintings, the more I understand the intimate relation between culture and art.

After graduating, I was aching to understand more on the relation between art and culture, that's why I furthered my studies in Master in Cultural Management. By then I did recognize art as being essential and influential on people's psychology and that they will greatly benefit if are equipped and educated with art and cultural knowledge, especially in the post colonial Hong Kong where its so unique yet absurd.
