Yuksel Hassan

Yükselle’s work is an exploration of Realism in Fantasy;
She has a strong passion to recreate nature in a nostalgic style on canvas. Organic shapes, flowing
patterns created by nature's magic inspires her. Yükselle’s paintings depict the moods and colours of Great Lakes,
beautiful Sweet Water Sea-Huron and Georgian Bay also the romance of lakes district of Muskoka.

Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts—University of Mimar Sinan in Istanbul, Turkey.
Lived in Toronto, Canada between 1971-2009; Worked for Scholastic Canada Ltd., in Toronto
between 1979-2009, first as Graphic Designer and later as Art Director.
Living and painting full time in Southampton, Ontario, Canada since 2009.

Yükselle’s art was shown by Art Productions New York in The ArtExpo 2019 New York.
