Ute Hegel

Born in 1965 in Cottbus, Germany I always have been in love with nature. I used to draw and paint animals, well, and got good reports in arts at school.But I didn`t think about starting an artists career. I got shepherdess by trade. Later I started other jobs (musician, shopkeeper, castleguide). By enjoying the films "The Lord of the Rings" my old faible for nature had been enriched with a magic feeling. That inspired me to create quiet and secret places of "Inner Nature" to feel in paradise.
Later I also created abstract impressions of my soul in different moments. This series is named "Nonrepresentationals". I also dedicate to the four elements, appearing in series. Also some other spontaneous themes. The paintings are acrylic on paper, board and on framed canvas.
Since december 2010 I practise painting professional.
