Women and Nature are probably Nature’s most creative narrations available to understand the creator’s creation and hence remain a great inspiration to artists who draw visual emphasis in their depictions about the mystery and ability of women and nature on their canvases.
Aradhna Tandon is a visual artist based in Panchkula (Haryana). She paints everyday motifs like figures, elements from nature and houses to depict love, tenderness, introspection, melancholy and surrender in all human starkness. She believes that art is an expression of her feelings, emotions and thoughts as she grapples with the everydayness of life. Her sincere attempts are to see art in the mundane and that which lies in front of her in routine. The subjects of her paintings are mainly people, their desires, hopes, aspirations, inadequacies, loneliness and triumphs that find life and expression on her canvas.
Aradhna Tandon’s paintings depict these subtle creative energies that demonstrate great strength, emotions and innocence on her canvas making it positive and hopeful.
