Ksenia Golubkov

My name is Ksenia Golubkov. I was born in Moscow, USSR, in the family of artists, and have been making art for as long as I can remember myself. I have been creating unique paintings on silk . My painting on silk in hot batik technique. The subjects of my paintings include landscapes, flowers, architecture, hounds and felines, powerful abstract graphic designs, and my own interpretations of works by the great artists of the past.
I get my inspiration from old masters, such as Bruegel, Klimt and Kandinsky, but add a modern twist to their easily recognizable styles through my own unique vision and technique. 

I studied at the prestigious Moscow School of Applied Arts where I first learned hot batik techniques.

My works can be found in many public spaces and private collections in Europe, Japan, Russia and the USA.
