Caroline Emilie Wick

In my life I stumbled upon a lot of things and people, who impressed me immensly, who enriched my existence and who made me the person I am today. Sometimes they were real, sometimes they were fictional but all of them have this in common: there is an air of tragedy around them. They are ripped apart by their inconsistencies, full of sadness and pain, tortured by their demons, hurt and lonely, laughed at and sometimes full of madness. Some went beyond their barriers and never came back. Some are only concepts for something bigger. Others came from myself and the need to express what I feel in a painting. And others still were the spark in a chaos that makes the stars dance. All of them are stories I portray to preserve them, to make sure they are not forgotten.
