Behnoush Keybakhi

Born in 1965, Iran. I started my painting career in oil medium since I was 15. I now own a private studio in Tehran in which I also teach painting to over 100 pupils.

- Master’s degree in the field of Industrial Design in 1993.
- As a freelance self-taught painter, I developed my skills under the impact of color and composition studies from Russian painters like "Shishkin. I was especially moved by the apocalyptic, melancholy and unstable spaces that flowed in the way of painting in the portraits of classical Russian painters.
- At the same time, she was more or less working with other mediums such as watercolor, charcoal and gypsum pastels.
