Sasha Onyshchenko

With over 10 years of experience working on commercial projects, Sasha carved out a niche in portrait and ballet photography producing images that capture the heart and character of a person.

With projects ranging from classically simple sessions to highly elaborate productions, he's drawn towards passionate subjects, working with musicians, dancers and artists alike.

Having a background in classical ballet with a meticulous approach to lighting and posing human form gave Sasha the chance to create imagery for ballet companies such as Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal, The Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada, Eifman Ballet, Margie Gillis and others.

Each project is approached as a collaboration with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to get the most out of every shoot and deliver a perfect image at the end of the day.
