I was born in Delhi India. My father was an Army Officer so I remember travelling a lot as a child. From Kashmir in the North to Assam in the East. India is a country of diversity and these exposures as a child impinged images in my mind that I reflect on till today. In 1994 I moved to South Africa and had the opportunity to travel extensively in Sub Saharan countries. The color and movement of Africa has deeply impacted my artworks.
