Neo expressionist painter

I began painting in 1988 after studying ,playing in Rock bands and working in Meat Works.I travelled wildly in Australia,the East,the Uk,USA and Mexico.Married Sarah in 1983 and have three wonderful talented adult children.
Vibrant,jarring colour,rambunctiously crude figures and black humour rule.I love Karel Appels work.

50 Solo Exhibitions in New Zealand galleries.Showed in the Dunedin Public Art Gallery in 2002-2003 in Southern Heat.Exhibited with The Rebecca Hossack Gallery in London in 2005 and in Cremona,Italy and Valencia,Spain in 2005-2006.,
