​Giuseppina Irene Groccia in art GiGro, is a Southern Italian artist that currently lives and works in Mirto Crosia (COSENZA) ITALY.
Giuseppina Irene approaches art following a path of laboratory studies, where she explores various painting techniques.
Her art transmits a strong innovative and contemporary feeling. She uses her work as a tool for her intimate reflection. Her introspective dimension takes shape through her various expressive languages, such as painting, digital art and photography. Giuseppina’s eclectic art is capable of creating an emotional "transfer" between her emotions, translated into visual thoughts, and the sensitive passive perception of the user.

She has been featured in numerous national and international exhibition.

She approaches to art following a path of laboratory studies, where she deepens the various pictorial techniques. Her formation presents dynamics of contemporary research, in fact merges on a color chart tissue that encloses both the sensory peculiarities that the mental until reaching the abstract matter and beyond.
The pictorial composition of Giuseppina Irene is in fact carried on a plastic screen in two dimensions and live the emotions that arise from conflicts, such as white and black, light and shadow, the visible and the invisible, the tangible and the impalpable, the body and the soul.
The whole is vigorously supported by a great vivacity representative and a strong momentum lyrical and transfiguring, offering the viewer resonance and clear and dark contrasts of considerable emotional impact.
