Viktor Chapovalov

Born in Karelo-Finska, currently living and working in the Gothenburg area, Kungsbacka, Sweden as a contemporary artist.


I stick to a concept or idea, there
abstract shapes and colors act as
a method or tool for achieving an idea
and form various associative states which
results, and I join one as well
aesthetics that make it possible to form thoughts
and opinions based on a personal point of view.
My search is for formal simplicity and
a sense of color, along with a
understanding of art history and a broad
range of visual sources guided by intuition.
