Ala Leresteux

Ala Leresteux draws inspiration from a diverse array of scientific disciplines, including physics, linguistics, psychology, and biology. Her exploration of these fields is deeply rooted in her background in philosophy, which has profoundly influenced her artistic practice.

Leresteux' primary technique is ink stippling as she believes that pointillism is the best way to depict the illusory and flowing nature of reality but she also experiments with other mediums such as acrylics, oil and paper cutting.

Through her work, she seeks to bridge the gap between art and science, fostering dialogue and appreciation for the beauty and complexity of both disciplines.

Ultimately, Ala's art serves as a conduit for exploration and discovery, inviting viewers to join her on a journey of intellectual and aesthetic inquiry. In this ever-evolving process, she is constantly inspired by the boundless wonders of the universe and the endless possibilities for artistic expression.
