Welcome to Amisa’s Art !
Art became my way of expressing emotions that science couldn’t capture. As a cancer researcher and abstract artist, I’m driven by a curiosity for life’s complexities—how we grow through joy, sorrow, love, and grief.

My paintings are deeply emotional and intuitive, blending vivid colours, flowing forms, and layered textures to explore the human experience. I approach each piece like a journey, letting emotions shape the canvas—sometimes chaotic, sometimes calm, but always evolving.

Inspired by nature’s resilience and the fragility of life, my work invites you to pause, reflect, and find your meaning in the layers of colour and emotion. Each painting holds a story of transformation—a glimpse into moments that words often fail to express.

For me, science and art coexist. In the lab, I study how cells resist death. On canvas, I capture how humans do the same—through connection, creation, and the courage to keep going.
