Amjad Ali

I am a self-taught artist and former mechanical engineer from Pakistan, with a lifelong passion for painting. I graduated from one of the country's renowned engineering universities and spent over 20 years working in the cement industry, specializing in plant maintenance and operations.

In October 2012, a sudden heart attack changed the course of my life. Complications during bypass surgery led to Parkinson’s disease, resulting in speech difficulty and hand tremors. I was forced to leave my job and face the challenges of living with a disability — but I found healing and purpose through art.

Painting has been my hobby since childhood, and today it has become my main form of expression and a vital part of my emotional and spiritual journey. I work primarily in oil and acrylic and create works.
Despite physical limitations, I continue to paint with dedication and soul.

Subjects: Landscapes, Portraits, Still Life, Arabic Calligrphiy .
Even with trembling hands,I can still paint.
