Armando Chiarino, born in 1952 in Montevideo, Uruguay, is a prominent figure in the art world with his distinctive focus on oil impressionism.

From an early age, he exhibited exceptional talent, which was nurtured through learning from Uruguay's most distinguished painters. Inspired by the impressionist masters and captivated by the fleeting beauty of light and color, he managed to establish a strong foundation in traditional techniques.

His artistic journey led him to live in different countries, including San Miguel de Allende, Mexico; Barcelona, Spain; Florence, Italy; San Francisco, California; and Fukushima, Japan. Currently based in Miami, he resides there, drawing inspiration from nature and the diverse cultural and aesthetic influences he has encountered along his travels.

Many of his Artworks were painted outdoors, adding significant value to his creations.
