Poland based expressionist landscape artist Danuta Antas is a versatile professional, she leverages her expertise in art, fine art photography, graphic and web design as well as Art education. She obtained MA Degree in Graphic Arts and Art Teaching. Her contemporary landscape paintings and fine art photography reflect local views, trees and lakes, often moving into the realm of abstract landscapes. The style of landscapes she paints is both - expressionist and symbolic. Author of a book 'Kim jesteś, Alicjo?' (Who are you, Alice?) Member of International Photography Awards and Lucie Foundation. ARTIST'S STATEMENT In my landscape art, I aim to capture the essence of transient moments and immortalize the fleeting, ephemeral aspects of nature. The interplay of light and the blend of hues, the fluidity of movement, and the evocative mood all inspire me in my work. I seek to encapsulate the elusive momentum of life itself. I hope my symbolic landscapes have power to lift the human spirit, by delivering beauty provide meaning and give hope. My works are in private collections in Germany, Austria, UK, USA and Poland.
