My name is Nina Cherfaoui. I am a Ukrainian artist based in Montreal, Canada. My creativity is a reflection of my attempts to realize how the world works, a process of self-awareness; it is about a sense of unity with the world, with nature, and with people. It reflects the internal processes of personal development and the search for its energetic reinforcement in the external environment. My art is a way of finding emotional balance, overcoming the fear of an unknown future, and transforming longing for the past into bright memories and the foundation of lived experience, into gratitude for it. This enables further progress and strengthens the spiritual self. It is a constant awareness of the value of every moment of life. My mission is to engage people in emotional experiences, to arouse their feelings and thoughts about the values of each moment, and every living experience, so that people feel that even everyday things, objects, and landscapes are amazing and can touch spiritual strings if you turn to attention, to remind them that all our emotions matter. My works emphasize that the world around us reflects our inner world, our emotions, and our experiences, and, at the same time, it is an inexhaustible source of energy, inspiration, and support.
