Always passionate about (technical) drawing, I graduated as a surveyor. I subsequently graduated in construction engineering in Bologna where I became passionate about 3D design and rendering, bringing out the artistic skills applied to architectural composition. I approached artistic drawing by chance thanks to the vision of an image found by chance on Instagram: a hyper-realistic pencil drawing. Intrigued by that image characterized by an almost meticulous attention to detail; I try to take a portrait for fun: it's love at first sight. Since that day (several years have passed) it has been an ever-evolving journey. From pencil drawing he moved on to charcoal, oil painting and in recent periods he experimented with acrylic. Completely self-taught, inspired by the painters of the 17th century (Caravaggio, Vermeer, Rembrandt, Rubens), I prefer to paint faces in contrasting light on large canvases with the oil painting technique. Lately I have dedicated myself to experimenting with acrylic colours, where I try to convey passion through hearts and floral motifs
