Born and raised in the Philippines, I am a self-taught artist based in the Netherlands. I spent most of my career as a development communication practitioner and have shifted to making art. It started as an interest, which turned into a hobby, and has since become a passion. I am drawn to the glow and vibrancy of watercolors, gouache, and acrylics and the challenges that come with painting in these media. The collection of my paintings ranges from serene landscapes and seascapes to colorful flowers in season as well as festive Filipino traditions.
