Bella Wattles

My paintings explore the relationships between objects. I showcase mostly woman or lgbtq+ made work, ceramic vases, fabrics, fruits and vegetables, stylings, or flower arrangements. With a small portion thrifted or locally made, I hope to be another platform to support other woman, and make women the backbone of my work - as we are of society.

I'm inspired by colorful objects, flowers, fruits and vegetables. Often using things like toy cars or disco balls to create whimsical environments, in a modern take on classic still life compositions.
