There are four stages of children's artistic development: scribbling, pre-symbolism, symbolism,and realism. Around the ages of 8 to 10 we start to think that realism is the proper way of describing the world.

This is the moment when most people stop drawing.


Well, I have never stopped.

Ten years of art school did not ruin me much.


And when I become a mother I realized that I have never grown up.

I still love scribbling. Now I scribble with all my technical knowledge of how to paint the real world. Creating art is such a childish pleasure for me.
