Bryan Angus

I am a traditional painter and printmaker who loves illustrative styles and techniques. I live and work on the north Aberdeenshire coast, often called the Banffshire Coast, on the south side of the Moray Firth. I have been printing since 2012 - but drawing all my life.

I trained at Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen, graduating in 1982 with the charming old title of a Diploma in Fine Art. But to tell the truth, having starting making art seriously from the age of 11, I consider my education self driven.

I exhibit regularly in Scotland, and have also exhibited in Turkey and Italy. In 2018 I am having a major exhibition of my work in Edinburgh at the Dundas Street Gallery, in October.
