I was born and raised, in Volgograd region, Russia.
In 1988 I moved to South Ukraine. To become an artist is apparently have been designed by my destiny and the history of my family. It began in 19 centuries, when artist Vasily Tropinin (1776 – 1857), founder of Russian Romanticism in fine art, master of realistic and romantic portrait lived in family of my ancestor count Hercules Morkov (Irakly Morcoff). This great artist was a teacher of art for kids of his master. This fact probably influenced all the next generations of my family, which had a number of artists and and other creative persons.
Including but not limited honored artist of Russia Nikolay Bortnikov honored artist of Ukraine Tatiana Kuznetsova. Among those who lives now, there is an Israel artist Natalia Kuznetsova.
Since my childhood my thirst of drawing has been actively encouraged by my parents and relatives. My starting point on the way towards big art was a kid's fine art school in the city of Volgograd, Russia. The school gave me initial art education. The fine art school named had helped me to understand that being a painter is my call, profession and destiny.
