I am working on collecting life fragments, mixing public and private ones: life moments, inside home, buildings, landscapes, etc.; apparently commonplaces.

Since a couple of months, i am using markers and their immediacy, to fix images before they disappear. This work is linked with what surrounds me, with the aim to find the right expression and permanency for each element.

Commonplaces strikes me: a subject as a kitchen, a roof, is to my sense very interesting. There's no more hierarchy between things, a chair is as important as a face.

With the framing, perspective, details, colors, i want to give a certain poetry to common subjects and renew the vision of what is around us. For me, artistic creation is a necessity. It shows itself at the same time by a rigorous work but also by a wide place left at random.
