Dominice Gilbert

I have always had a passion for art. I have been creating since my earliest memories. My education at the Art Institue taught me about concept, My time at the Metal Museum taught me skill and my time in the studio allows me to communicate my unexpressed emotions. My art is always evolving and I strive to make my best work everyday.
I prefer to create works that are ephemeral and open to interpretation. It is about the viewers experience, and in this they will see what is important or meaningful for them at the time. My sculptures are as much a reflection of me as they are reflection of the viewer.
