Deborah Strong

I'm a visual artist based in the Southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada and I specialize life-like renderings of birds, primarily in coloured pencil, that reflect my own encounters. While I don't consider myself a birdwatcher, I've been observing birds in my corner of the world for nearly 50 years and their dwindling numbers are of grave concern.
