Edwin Burdis

Edwin is an established artist and filmmaker whose work has been presented internationally at some of the world’s most prestigious institutes and galleries, including the Hayward Gallery and TATE Modern in London.

He uses his multi-faceted practice as a vehicle to fuse his activities in the visual arts, performance, and music. He has collaborated with a range of acclaimed musicians, singers, dancers, writers, and artists.

Edwin has contributed significantly to the British art and music scenes for over two decades and continues to push artistic boundaries between these contemporary fields. His long-standing career in the arts and music led him to produce and direct video art and music films for emerging and established bands, such as Arctic Monkeys, Rustin Man, Alexis Taylor, The Coral, Blossoms, and Working Men’s Club. He was a founder member of cult band Man Like Me and the first artist-in-residence for Domino Records.
