Lauren Myers

The Midwest is where my home is and the place to which I always return. I was born and raised along the Missouri / Kansas border. At Johnson County Community College I received my Liberal Arts degree and within that time period I studied in two other countries. I completed my Studio Art B.A. in 2020 at the University of Missouri Kansas City.

Many of my photographs are from my travel experiences including Wales, United Kingdom and Xi'an, China and various travel destinations within my stay. I have also compiled some memories throughout my trips in the United States and everyday life. All of which combine for my story as a young observer of a mere glimpse of the world.

Aside from photography, art such as paintings, sketches and sculpture I produce are spontaneous in their meaning and vary in time, mood, message.
