Eva Dahn Rubin is an artist living in Germany whose paintings have been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Germany.
She describes her artistic work as an "emotional and exciting process" that allows her to grow beyond her own concepts again and again.

Influenced by music and dance, many of your compositions are characterized by the rhythm and movement of lines, shapes and colors. They inspire the viewer to see the hidden and to discover new things.
Her multi-layered and lively works are created from acrylic, tempera, collage and ink on canvas, paper or found materials.

My first experience with artistic design was in kindergarten. I was taken there and I didn't understand why... I wanted to escape! But I was given a large sheet of paper and began to draw an angel. In doing so, I experienced the magic of an artistic process for the first time.
This continued into school, where I got a lot of recognition. That motivated me to go further... towards the first exhibitions. I created a fascinating world entirely out of myself.
During a creative break of about 15 years I learned dance and percussion and after a few years I started teaching dance. This experience of ecstasy and togetherness then flowed into my further creative process and enlivened my painting.
In the constant process of painting, I discover the complexity of life. Intensity in the process of creation gives my works a positive power and high vitality.
