Feofeo

Federica Oddone, alias Feofeo, was born in Alessandria in 1969.
Some quantic study along with some theories about the use of colours by Goethe and later by Steiner helped to reach new representations, some primitive archetypes, cinetic lines of radiant energy and golden spirals.
A lot of experts of the artistic field have figured out the relationship between her painting and some alchemic studies, a kind of connection on the visual as well as on the semantic level.
Within the contemporary art scene, the unique character of the artist stands out thanks to such an identity reached denying trends and approvals, thanks to the gradual consolidation of a mingled expressive mode between intimate dropouts and refined intellectual meditations.
The paintings describe an interiority that sometimes suddenly explodes bursting and some other time it sounds like a repetitive but reassuring melody.
