Moises Issi

As a kid I had a keen drawing skill. My father quickly took notice and pushed me to paint. Back in the days, we used to spend evenings painting together; my father, my mother, my sister, and me. I remember being very happy those days. Later on, I started experimenting with water colors, used as oils. I would use impressionistic style, with visible brush strokes and richness of colors. Later on, I captured interest in my work, and so my three first iconic works were sold: A commissioned art from a travel agency of a boy with a city seeing behind, a full body portrait of a businessman, and a wedding picture of a couple just wedded.

I first went to Los Angeles Valley College - LAVC, where i completed my sophomore year. I would then transfer to California State University of Northridge - CSUN, where I graduated in 1990 in a bachelors of arts degree.
