Julius Babilonia

I take an improvisational approach to my paintings, choreographing and creating a vocabulary of Abstract gestures and Expressionistic notions, which I call "Architectural Fiction." To communicate my interpretation of the shapes and movements of nature, impacted by ongoing man-made environmental changes, I use spatial designs, accidental free-form shapes, and ambiguous landscapes. My goal is to tell a story of new narratives, expressions, life depictions, and visual possibilities.

Owner of JB Art and Design open in 2003. A Creative Boutique Design Studio focusing on all aspects of Art& Architectural Design, to provide a unique artistic approach to the design experience.

I studied at Pratt Institute School of Architecture and received a Bachelor's of Architecture Degree in 1990.

Exhibitions: He has exhibited his work in various galleries and art fairs in New York and Miami, including solo exhibitions at Studio 26 Gallery.
