Joy Westerlund

I have been drawing ever since I can remember. Doors have opened up so that I now paint full time.Almost all my work is out of my head, completely made up from a overactive imagination. I am studying old masters and am drawn to implementing those techniques with the modern.Trying to do me along with old school technique. I hope you enjoy my work and follow me as I make my journey to find me.

I studied at Carmel Art Institute Carmel California for two years.
It was a mentor program that had you doing studio five hours a day.
