My art is a profound exploration of freedom, resilience, and empathy. My journey, forged by a Soviet upbringing valuing self-determination and a series of transformative experiences, serves as an endless source of inspiration. At just four years old, when a wild seagull landed in my arms to take its last breath, this event awakened in me an ardent desire to protect the fragile beauty of the natural world and offered an early understanding of deep interconnectedness. This foundational experience, coupled with an accident in the United States and an unexpected healing by a shaman from Mongolia, fundamentally altered the course of my life. It led me to Paris, where, around the age of thirty, I fully embraced my artistic calling. Art became my sanctuary, a means of self-expression and self-discovery, liberating me to connect deeply with my creative mission.

In my Paray-Vieille-Poste studio, I delve into the invisible forces that shape our reality, celebrating the human capacity to draw incredible strength from the everyday. Yulia's life journey is a testament to resilience and the pursuit of personal freedom. Born in the USSR and raised by strong female figures, she learned early on the importance of choice and following one's desires. Her education in culture, history, and art fueled her passion for knowledge, which she gained from reading thousands of books.

At the age of 16, Yulia's volunteer experience in Bordeaux ignited her dream of living in Europe, a dream that seemed unattainable until a life-altering car accident in the United States changed everything. A Burat shaman's intervention brought her back from the brink of disability, and the universe continued to bless her with opportunities.

Her determination and hard work earned her two master's degrees in communication and statistics, transforming her from a struggling student to a thriving individual. Today, she enjoys a peaceful life in a cozy house near Paris, surrounded by her family, pets, and even the crows she feeds on her roof.
