Julia Kruse

Julia Kruse was born in Ukraine in 1988. Art has been always an important part of her live, as a child she visited an art school, then at the age of 18 she went to Art College in Donetsk for three years, afterwards changing to the Academy of Art and Design in Kharkiv, which she finished with Diploma in Interior Design. In this field she has been creating private interiors.
At the age of 27, Julia moved to Switzerland, what became an interesting period in her life with a new evaluation of life sense and her private and professional targets. Currently spending most of her time in creating new art works.
She works with several technics, constantly experimenting and developing her own skills. Julia is inspired by people around her, new personal life experiences and the nature of Switzerland.
It is important for her that her works stimulate reflections and thoughtfulness rather then being a part of interior. Her works originate from truly lived experiences and exploration of human psychology. Important always themes of intimacy, relationship between mind and soul and the development of human identity in modern society.
