Yuliya Patotskaya

Artist ( Юлия Потоцкая ) with Belorussian origins, living and creating in France.
In my works I try not to put pressure on the viewer with obvious icons, because I want to wake up in a human his own contradictory, ambiguous thoughts and feelings. I do not impose ideas - I'm hinting towards the possibilities of perception.

Apart of schools, coarses, practice in art and design, I have obtained two master degree in Computer Science and Applicational Mathematics. It helps me to look at the fine arts as a researcher. My methods evolve from the techniques of composition and colour to experiments with whole concepts. My goal is to awaken the conflicting feelings of the viewer, to encourage the viewer to ask questions when he see my picture and to try to catch the author's motivation.
