Mikha Khittchenko

Born in Paris, I live and work in south France.

In my youth in Paris, I had the great happiness to meet great artists such as Bengt Lindström, André Marfaing and others.
So, after having worked for a while in technology (computer engineer), I came back to my "premières amours" when the opportunity appeared.
I have experimented a lot of techniques, making education by myself, enjoying the sensuality of the matter on every type of media : canvas, wood, metal...
Now I have my own technique which I improve picture after picture.
The way I like to paint now could be defined as a kind of "question-answer" type that continues in a kind of conversation with the picture.
I like to provoque the inexpected - but the guided inexpected.

Weekly on Saturday and Sunday, open-air art gallery, promenade des Bains (near the casino) in Saint-Raphael, France.
