Milan Stefanov

I create sculptures made of stone and metal in the field of classical sculpture - monumental compositions, portrait, relief, small sculpture.Striving for academic sculpting, beauty, inner harmony, imagery and supreme truth in achieving the sculptural image.I am an author of numerous sculptural works. Author, co-author and performer of a number of public works.

Sculpture and stonemasonry at Professional High School of Stoneworking in the village of Kunino in Bulgaria - 2011. Higher education - master's degree in sculpture at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria - 2018.

In 2008 he becomes laureate and scholar of the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria with his work “Awaiting” in the contest “Sculpture” of the National Youth Exhibition – a contest under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture. During the same year he becomes a laureate of the Modern Sculpture contest “The Time is in Me”, which was held in Sofia, organized by “Shot Arte” with his work “Liberation”.
In 2009 he participated in a stone sculpture symposium in the Czech town of Horjice, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the founding of the Czech Stone-Making School.
In 2014 he is on 3rd place in National Sculpture Exhibition – competition in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
In 2014 he participates in the first symposium of realistic stone sculpture in Pernik, Bulgaria.
In 2014 he takes the 2nd place in the contest for young authors in sculpture in Varna, Bulgaria.
In 2015 he takes the 3rd place in the contest for works of art “Unique” in Varna, Bulgaria.
In 2015 he wins 1st place in the contest for young authors in sculpture in Varna, Bulgaria.
In 2015 he participates in the art contest “Dobrotvorchestvo” in Sofia, Bulgaria.
