Damir Mumbasic

Damir is an artist from Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. During last 10 years, he provided 12 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous collective exhibitions.
All of his works are inspired by world around him, search for new techniques of work, development of new forms and colors. Individual situations, world events, every day situations are something that leave traces on everyone. In form of art, these things are worth for presenting in an artistic way.
Harmony and progress are important for him. Therefore, his figurative and expressive way of work indicate on emotional conditions during every day life.

I graduated Secondary school of fine arts Gabrijel Jurkić in Mostar in sculpturing class of professors Ljupko Antunovic and Zeljko Maric in 2002.
During year 2007, I graduated in Pedagogic Academy Dzemal Bijedić - Fine Arts under
mentorship of professor Mirsad Begovic.

So far, I had prepared 12 solo exibitions. Also, I am a member of AFA of FBIH(BiH), AFA of BIH (BIH), Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart (D), Mumbart Association Novi Sad (SER).
