My journey began in Italy, in an ancient town cradled between the sea and the mountains. Teate degli Abruzzi—known as the Land of Shepherds—is a rugged and timeless landscape where I spent my youth immersed in nature's embrace. Some of my earliest memories are of days devoted to collecting, reimagining, and giving new life to discarded objects.
Over time, I have explored the unique qualities of a wide range of materials—organic, inorganic, and synthetic—transforming them into new forms and infusing them with renewed identities. Materials speak to me with vivid clarity. Their imperfections, rawness, and fragility hold an untamed power, a dynamic interplay between impermanence and resilience.
To this day, my practice remains rooted in exploring my surroundings and gathering inspiration from what the world offers. My process is guided by an awareness of life's transience, which I strive to preserve and transform into a timeless dimension—a space where I have truly found myself.
