Roberta Foffo

I’ve always been fascinated by the layers that make up who we are—how identity is shaped by both what we reveal and what we choose to hide. My work is a reflection of that ongoing exploration. Each piece begins as a conversation with myself, a way to process the world’s noise and my own inner voice.

I work in mixed media because I love the freedom it gives me to experiment and break boundaries. Spray paint, oils, collage, digital fragments—these are my tools for building up and tearing down, for creating tension and harmony. My subjects are always women, not just as muses, but as symbols of resilience, complexity, and transformation.

Art, for me, is about connection. I hope my paintings invite you to pause, to look a little deeper, and maybe to recognize a piece of your own story within the layers.
