While Sheron initially pursued a career in education, earning a Master of Science in Education and made significant strides as an educator, her love for art never waned. She adeptly wove her artistic flair into her teaching, inspiring countless students with her creative lesson plans and hands-on art projects. As an educator, she skillfully wove art into her lesson plans taking every opportunity to immerse herself deeper into artistic pursuits. Art was ever-present, a constant muse accompanying her throughout her career.
Upon retiring from her educational career, Sheron embraced her calling as a full-time artist, quickly establishing herself as a prominent figure in the Kansas City arts scene.
